I am a New Yorker and I will never forget turning on the television on 9/11 and wondering where Giuliani was during all of it only to see him moments later walking through the dust with a facemask on himself. NO OTHER candidate has experience like that period. They have all likely sat pretty with advisors, but who has had an actual attack that they were in the middle of and had to make decisions for in a timely manner? The answer is no one. He was a dedicated an hands on leader who was respected for telling it like it was, and still does. His hands on experience as mayor of NYC was far more involved than the positions of many other candidates. NYC is in many ways it's own state and it was broken when he got there and fixed when he left. Maybe he is not the groomed politician that the other candidates are, but I believe he can beat Hilary or Obama, and I believe he is the only candidate who can.

EXCEPT GIULIANI, ALL THE OTHER CANDIDATES, REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRAT, LIKE THEM OR NOT, HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD AND DEVOTING MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS TO THEIR CAMPAIGN.. GIULIANI THINKS HE CAN GET THE BIG STATES LIKE FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND CALIFORNIA. THAT'S GOING TO BE A BUST.

WHAT CREDENTIALS? ALL HE SAYS IS NOUN + VERB + 9/11 = FOREIGN POLICY.

IF YOU ACTUALLY WATCH WHAT HE SAYS... HE DOENST SAY ANYTHING.

AS FOR ECONOMICS... REPEATING THE WRODS "SUPPLY SIDE ECONOMICS" AND "FREE MARKET ECONOMICS" WITH OUT EXPLAINIGN ANYTHING IS NOT AN ECONOMIC POLICY

As a Salem, NH resident I fully agree with those interviewed for this article. Obviously, Giuliani does not see NH as being as important as other larger states. If that is his view of NH now, his opinion would not change if elected. That is why Romney got my vote today.

Rudy has a hard time with telling the truth...kind of like Dubya and Roger Clemens do. That's why he does the eye widening thing as he pauses for effect. Liars won't make eye contact with the person or people they're speaking to because they know they're full of BS. In an attempt to establish credibility they will pause for a second then defiantly stare/glare at their listening audience as if to say "I'm telling the truth damn it...you'd better believe what I'm saying or else".
