I liked Hilary Clinton until I listened carefully to her comments in the last few weeks. She distorts the truth at every turn. She say's one thing and in a weeks time she changes her mind. When she sences trouble she runs for her husband and he takes on her opposition and she comes out smelling like a rose. She does
not seem to be in charge Bill does, and I want to know who will be in charge the country if she is elected him or her. Who are we really voting for her or her husband. Don't get me wrong I liked them both in the past but their actions lately has given me cause to pause. She starts contorvorsy gets into trouble then he steps in like big daddy and attacks it just does no seem right to me. The other's do not have the ex presidents get them out of trouble when they speak out of turn. Again who will be the real president Hillary or Bill?

littleriver, click on the print function at the upper left hand corner of this page. You will get a continuous story with no seperate pages. This usually works for any multiple paged story.
Well, I expected no less from the rabid right. I've been watching MSNBC to day and honestly the commentary is just unbelievable. The "in guys" are talking like somehow Hillary was taking advantage of them all by lowballing her chances of winning in Nevada. Never seen such glum faces. Right now, Tucker Carlson is doing his best to imply that the Clinton campaign payed dirty politics by getting someone to send some kind of email or phone calls to voters slandering OBama. He doesn't offer any proof that Clinton had any connection to the calls or that they negatively impacted the OBama would be voters. Just by bringing it up, he makes it seem as though they are responsible. Luckily Olbermann is there and he quickly points out the source could be anyone and that as often as not, these kinds of attacks will backfire. I can tell you that, even though Clinton is not my choice (Edwards is) I am seriously reconsidering my choice in favor of Clinton. There are many things I don't like about Hillary, her vote on the war, the Kyle-Lieberman resolution on Iran come immediately to mind, but she has always worked hard for women and children. I like her Health Care plan better than OBamas' but not as much as Edwards'. I don't like the DLC and of course she and Bill are like the founding fathers for them. But she is probably the smartest of the 3 Democratic frontrunners, the toughest and certainly the hardest working. OBama is lazy (just look at his years in the ILL senate and his two years as Chairman of the Subcommittee of Foreign Policy, he claims it as "experience" but he hasn't done a single thing as chairman, not one hearing.) That says lazy to me. Especially under the catastrophy of the Bush foreign policy. He has voted present as often as he has voted yea or nay in the US Senate. I also worry whether Bill Clinton can keep his pants on for 4/8 years or will he screw himself , his wife and the nation as well as some bimbo once again? It's worrisome indeed. But regardless, I think she would make a good President. Maybe not as good as Edwards but a good one.

Hillary Clinton was attacked and badgered the whole time she was first lady. She stood up to all of it, and managed to maintain a decorum of dignity and objectivity. She stood by the President, not because of low self esteem or because she was desperate to keep him. She held her own in the interest of hers and our country. She was aware of the consequences of , she herself, getting into the uproar and kept her cool and her dignity. She will make a great President for this Country.

I happened upon this "news" story and was blown away by the crass political support for Clinton. No wonder most Americans avoid the dying mainstream news magazines.

Amazing that Newsweek sees fit to devote so much print space to Hillary. Sound like an endorsement of a candidate.

Amazing how far Newsweek will go to defend their Presidential nominee against all comers.

Clinton is not the two-headed monster that sucks blood out of newborn babies that the lunatic fringe of the radical right would have you believe. Lte us focus on real issues like her experience in delivering the debacle that was her 1,000 page proposal on national health care that was shot down in flames by a Congress that was then solidly in contol of the Democratic Party. There are real issues to consider in this race for president. Let us not be distracted by by foolishness from the likes of Peter Paul.

    OBAMA 08 -Believe-

i am wondering why Newsweek is writing a 10 page artical on Clinton when other opponents, like Obama, are receiving just as much criticism. i believe if your going to defended a nominee in a world circulated tabloid, you should be fair. let Hillary speak for herself.
