I really am not sure what the article is trying to say. Jung wrote a short book about UFOs as being "psychic projections", but this does not explain images which are physically on film. Considering the billions of galaxies in the universe (polyverse?), I have no difficulty accepting that there are sentient beings on other planets. I also think it is possible that humanity could be under observation -- much the same way we observe wildlife on the Discovery Channel. For example, we would not consider directly engaging polar bears on their own level.
I agree with Tyler32! When I actually see an alien with my own eyes (because I know i'm not insane) THEN maybe it will be nogotiable...until then...enough with this CRAP
so because you have not been lucky enough to see a ufo then all the thousands of people through out the years that have been lucky enough too see one they all must be crazy , give me a break
whats up with all these cool links... first wifebusters.com then starmapping.com
just go to gigavids.com, it's all free lol, anyone who pays for online entertainment is a moron
One man "magnetic field" is another man's "spirit world"; just because there's an earthquake with a scientific explanation doesn't mean there's not a spiritual upheaval behind it with no scientific explanation at all. The fact that we can measure a shadow doesn't mean there's not a lot left unsaid about the light behind it.
"Scientists now probe the most microscopic aspects of the brain and the farthest reaches of the galaxy." The boast of the naked ape.
It should come as no surprise, I suppose, to find that people will discount their own experience in the face of such patronizing drivel, but religion has known it for centuries.
Fact is, we don't know jack. The more we find out, the more completely amazing, ridiculous and mysterious it may be observed to be. Why bend over backwards to deny something that is totally possible if one were to shed just a few of the limitations that may be nothing more than the current limitations of our perception?
Never ever forget that just a short time ago people who spoke of microscopic life as invisible agents for disease and even for life itself were persecuted as agents of a figment of our collective insanity known as Satan.
We do not now, nor have we ever known jack, Jack.

i'm so tired of everything being in our minds! out of body experiences, the spirit world, and now ufo's are just our crazy little minds getting the best of us. we all know we don't use the full capacity of our brains. maybe some are closer to seeing the real of things, not filtered by all the grey matter....
It's closed minded cynics that keep us at a stand still. there is way too much out there to even try to pretend that we are the one and only. Do we not find more and more in the galaxy as we know it every day? we are not here to be THE supreme beings. we are just part of the greater. It's part of human nature to be skeptical and wary. It's how we learn and evolve as humans. The sooner we open our minds to the unknown and so called paranormal, Everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is mine. Anyone with objections or criticism, is more than welcome to discussion.
the sooner we will become educated.
I believe that those who saw what they believed to be a UFO, saw just that. A UFO. And for a physics, phsycologist, and other like minded individuals, to suggest that it was instead some sort of mental projection of one's inner confusion, or sifting of the earth's magnetic field that cause multiple eye witnesses to see the same thing over a large distance, well that in its self is just plane ignorance. It is also a proven fact by human nature that even though mental projection and thoughts within those realms are indeed possible, you in most cases have to have some sort of contact with other individuals in order to have the same sort of experiences. But in this case had no know contact with each other prior to the incident.
I have never seen a UFO or do I ever want to see one . I'm a firm beliver in if I see it then it was there and real. A UFO is exactly that. An (unidentified flying object). That dosen't mean there are ET's anywhere in the universe. All I am saying here is that these people seen something and there minds are totally different in the ways that each think. So I don't think this has anything to do with what people think.
You know I don't get it, when someone sees something strange, the experts come out and explain how it's all in the brain or the eyes seeing a pattern which is familiar and making an image from it. Like in the mars photo and the like, . . . hey... yes it could be a rock and the UFO's might be something explainable; but why don't the experts just take a closer look at what was seen before they explain why we didn't see it. As far as UFOs, what i witnessed in the Texas desert in the 60's was enough to convince me. So explain it away all you want..
oh wow.. all these links are great on a rainy friday night... especially wifebusters.com
You know what, if we know that time is dictated by gravity and on earth time runs relatively slow. Then things in space without gravity are going really fast and time fies by. Than to others we could be like something that lasted a half a minute. And, there out there advancing faster than we can imagine. There is no way we are it.
I would have to agree with... Nite_Hump... thats aquard, but, you cant prove anything you have never seen before. (first off, I will state, that I do believe in god, but) It is impssible to prove that god or even Aliens exist until we have seen eather one. You can stick with god, and that is your way, and I personally support your ways, but can you truley say that something exists or dosent exist until you have seen it. There may be psycological ways to prve what those people saw, but I for one Absalutley will not believe we are the onley ones in this vast nothing, unless I have proof. And how does phycology effect all of thoses people all at once, when they are miles apart from eachother, how do they see the same thing?
If you don't believe in UFO's how can you believe in God? Just a question. Atleast you can see a UFO..
Ok...here's the deal...IF there are aliens out there...and IF they're visiting earth....??? WHY??? They would be smart enough to stay away from us, wouldn't they? Earthlings for the most part are outta their minds these days..period. Yeah right..aliens could take us...hands down...I don't believe any terrestial beings are visitng us...if anything, it's the military doing their thing. But what do I know??? I'm just a earthling and outta my mind. hahahaha!! But one thing for certain, I believe in God and His power. I have seen proof of that. Amen!!!
for some weird reason i believe them, and i never balieved in these kind of things. I at one time saw a flying object in the air but we just looked, point and laugh it off thinking nothing of it. im sure they all didnt have a community meeting and said " hey lets all call the news and tell them we jut saw a UFO"!!!!!!!
Skeptics can say all they want that UFO's are psychologic imagery and that space travel is improbable but
who says the "human race" is the only "intelligent" entity in the universe? This strikes me as very arrogant
and close minded. Who's to say other intelligent "life" has not already evolved to utilize quantum physics on a regular basis? Just because WE have not evolved does not mean others have been unable. We may just be a "science project" for another civilization. Only human arrogance would assume no one else is as technologically advanced.
