Mullis wrote the 1998 autobiography Dancing Naked in the Mind Field, which gives an account of his initial invention of PCR, as well as providing insights into the opinions and experiences of the author. Several examples of supposedly atypical behavior for a scientist, including the use of LSD, belief in astrology, and the belief in an extraterrestrial encounter, are also chronicled within the book.

While you may be temporarily sleep-deprived, too many people have seen the same thing. This lame article to debunk doesn't explain multiple eye-witness reports. And another thing. No one assumed it was an alien, it's a ufo (unidentified) until we know what it is. But its NOT a bunch of people, all sleep-deprived, seeing the same thing. Newsweek, are YOU nuts????

Texas is the home of the President. Our government runs toP secret military exercises which includes the develoPment of future weaPons. Nasa also conducts secret tests. when UFO's come to earth we will know it, it is not going to be a light in the sky.

When I worked in Poughkeepsie some years ago, my wife and I were returning from upstate NY late at night and saw some strange, red lights in the sky miles ahead of us. They traveled at high speed and turned and formed into weird patterns. As we got closer I realized that there was an Air Force base nearby and that what we saw was obviously a night mission. When the planes turned or wheeled what we saw were patterns forming and changing at high speed. No UFO's; sorry.
I can see how others might have come to the wrong conclusion.

In the 50 years I???ve been on this earth science has achieved more than any ancient would have believed possible. Although, I have never had a personal experience as did those people in this Texas town, I will not discount that some time in the future even our science may be able to find a way to travel vast distances in a short amount of time, as stated there is much we do not understand.
