Nintendo E3 2018 Rumor: Booth to be ‘Super Smash Bros.’ and ‘Pokémon’ Themed

A new rumor regarding Nintendo’s E3 2018 booth plans has surfaced online now that we’re only a few months away from the biggest video game show in the world.

This rumor has roots in some unexpected places, but the leaker has some credibility when it comes to Nintendo’s plans at E3. However, rumors are just rumors until there is confirmation from Nintendo.

NINTENDO E3 2018 BOOTH PLAN

Nintendo’s E3 2018 booth plan rumor comes courtesy of GU KingofHeart on YouTube. In the video, he states that his source told him this year’s Nintendo booth will have a Super Smash Bros. and Pokémon theme.

While he didn’t have any information on the Pokémon side of Nintendo’s E3 2018 booth, KingofHeart confirmed these props will be shown on the Super Smash Bros. half:

  • A golden hammer
  • A Captain Falcon helmet
  • Link’s Master Sword
  • Marth’s Falchion
  • Shulk’s Monado
  • Bayonetta’s handguns and boots
  • Fox’s Blaster
  • The Splattershot
  • Duck Hunt Dog’s can

GU KingofHeart put out a video last May revealing that Nintendo’s E3 booth would be of Dunk City from Super Mario Odyssey and he was correct, so it’s worth paying attention to this rumor based on his previous track record.

SUPER SMASH BROS SWITCH ROSTER RETURNS

Now, if this rumor about Nintendo’s E3 2018 booth is true it does confirm some character returns for Super Smash Bros. on Switch. Captain Falcon, Marth, Duck Hunt Dog, Bayonetta, Fox and Shulk will return to the battlefield.

This lines up with another rumor that popped up on Twitter on April 24 from MasterofHyrule. An anonymous source told MasterofHyrule that Bayonetta, Shulk and Duck Hunt Dog will return to Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch.

Check out the tweet below.

Two separate rumors that say almost the same thing is far from official confirmation but it does add a bit more credibility to the information.
