Two Men Accused of Raping 9-Month-Old Girl, Filming Incident

Two Tennessee men were accused of raping a 9-month-old girl and filming the incident, according to reports.

Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, and Daireus Jumare Ice, 22, of Memphis, were indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges, most notably aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor on Tuesday, according to the Associated Press.

The men were reported to local authorities in 2016 after the victim's mother found footage of the incident and was able to identify both men in the video, according to a Shelby County District Attorney General's office release obtained by the AP.

According to the release, Hayes was shown in the video while Ice filmed the incident.

Hayes was indicted on a charge of aggravated rape of a child while Ice faces a charge of being "criminally responsible for the conduct of another person in the aggravated rape of a child," according to the AP.
