'90 Day Fiancé' Star Nicole Nafziger Had a 'Hard Time' After Rumors That Azan Tefou's Visa Was Denied

90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger admitted she was having a "hard time." She didn't specifically mention her fiancé, but over the weekend, the same time she said she was struggling, rumors swirled that Tefou's visa to the United States was denied again. She and Tefou have been trying for years to get him to come to the U.S. from Morocco. Starting last month, Nafziger began a fitness journey. She said "stress" caused her to fall off her diet.

"Honesty time. Over the weekend I had a hard time. It wasn't just because I was out because I mostly do good picking the healthier choices. I had a lot of stress on me and even though I tried my hardest, one day got the best of me," Nafziger wrote on her Instagram story Monday. "I had a bad and as a result, I gained a couple pounds back. Now I'm telling you about this because we aren't perfect. This isn't easy."

Nafziger isn't giving up though. She encouraged her followers to be like her and continue with their healthy lives even if they make mistakes. "…I know that with my new day, my new start of the week, I'm getting right back on and pushing harder for the goals I want to achieve! I keep in my mind how great I felt when I was doing good like that ALL TH TIME!" she wrote. "Don't give up on yourself! Don't let that one bad day let you give up all your hard work! One bad day doesn't mean you're weak. You are strong! Starting your health journey and exercising you have felt you're stronger! Get back on track and make these goals a reality! You are amazing and YOU GOT THIS!!

The TLC reality star continued in a follow-up post: "I may not be perfect, but I am STRONG enough to reach my goals. Nothing will stop me. Not even MYSELF."

90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates was one of the first to tweet about Tefou's visa reportedly being denied. "Just heard from a source that Azan was allegedly denied his visa for the umpteenth time and that since he's not allowed here they are filming their scenes for whichever version of the show she'll be on in Grenada," Yates tweeted on Wednesday.

If that's true, in order for Nafziger and Tefou to be together she would have to live with him in Morocco. According to Yates, she might be getting her own spinoff series on The Other Way, a new TLC series about Americans living their homeland to be with their lovers in another country.

The idea was inspired through the casting process on 90 Day Fiancé. "We noticed in the casting process there were Americans who said, 'I'm going to forego my lifestyle, my family, my culture, my country to be with this person.' There have been little bits of this in other shows," executive producer Matt Sharp told Deadline in July.
