Ace Combat 7 just released, and that means the community is working together to establish the game’s full Aircraft Tree. In this guide, we’ll outline what we know so far about the planes list, available upgrade parts and more.

While there’s still a  lot we don’t know about Ace Combat 7, subreddit community member OpticalGaming has posted a nearly final estimate of the game’s Aircraft Tree with available parts. We’ve embedded their image below. It features nearly two dozen planes with dozens of possible upgrade paths.

The image is color coded and abbreviated as follows:

  • Blue: Fighter
  • Purple: Multirole
  • Red: Attacker
  • Yellow: Aircraft Modifications
  • Orange: Weapon Modifications
  • Green. Misc. Modification
  • Light Blue: Air-to-Air Weapon
  • Light Red: Air-to-ground weapon
  • Grey: Other Weapon
  • MGP: Machine Gun Pod
  • UGB: Unguided Bomb
  • SAAM: Semi-Active Air-to-Air Missile
  • LAAM: Long-Range Air-to-Air Missile
  • HCAA: High-Capacity Air-to-Air Missile
  • QAAM: Quick Maneuver Air-to-Air Missile
