All Elite Wrestling Press Conference: Everything Announced

The All Elite Wrestling/Double or Nothing rally and press conference took place in front of TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Fla. It gave the wrestling world more information on the brand new promotion coming in 2019.

There's been rumors and speculation for months, but the new promotion was announced on January 1 at the end of the 132nd episode of the Being the Elite webseries. Shortly after, the promotion signed its first in-ring performers including Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Adam Page and Britt Baker. Brandi Rhodes signed on to All Elite Wrestling as the company's chief branding officer.

Cody and the Young Bucks also revealed the Double or Nothing event, which will likely act as the second All In.

Shad Khan, who owns the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham FC of the English Premier League, put out a press statement revealing he will be the lead investor of AEW with his son Tony Khan serving in a leadership role.

There's plenty of news and signings coming out from the rally and press conference about the AEW promotion and the Double or Nothing event. Here's everything that happened at the AEW press conference:
