Amazon has added a fresh batch of recall and safety notices to its Product Safety Alerts page over the past week, flagging hazards ranging from contamination concerns to potential injury.

The online retailer says several of the newly listed recalls involve products that pose a “serious risk of injury or death,” as its Product Safety Team investigates complaints, halts affected listings, and alerts customers through its Recalls and Product Safety Alerts page.

Amazon said on its Recalls and Product Safety Alerts page that its Product Safety Team “proactively investigates and addresses reported safety complaints and incidents,” monitors public recall sites, halts affected listings, and notifies customers and sellers.

Amazon also notes the list includes public alerts starting from 2024, “may not be exhaustive,” and “only includes alerts for products sold on Amazon.”

Customers can check whether past purchases are affected via “Your Recalls and Product Safety Alerts.”
