'MAFS' Star Amber Martorana Instagrams New Message Amid Dave Flaherty Split

Married at First Sight star Amber Martorana isn't letting her breakup get her down. The star of Season 7 has been active on Instagram since her estranged husband, Dave Flaherty, revealed he didn't want to continue with their marriage after the eight-week experience was over. Originally, on decision day, Flaherty said he wanted to stay with Martorana. Once the cameras stopped filming, there were apparently some issues that Flaherty couldn't (or didn't want) to get passed. Since then, Martorana has been living her best life with co-star Mia Bally.

On Thursday, she posted an uplifting message to her Instagram story. "Happiness is letting go of what you think your life is supposed to look like and celebrating it for everything that it is," the quote said.

Martorana and Bally, who both split from their husbands, celebrated Halloween together. Martorana dressed as a jelly sandwich and Bally as a peanut butter sandwich. Both took to Instagram to share videos from their night.

Martorana has relied on her girlfriends since her split from Flaherty, taking to social media to thank them for their support. She also shared never-before-seen pictures from the day she bought her wedding dress and celebrated her bachelorette party. "Today's wcw goes to my tribe Deb and the Mafia," she wrote. "This quote is so perfect lol! I'm lucky to have the support of these ladies, even when I decided to marry a stranger… I never posted these pics but it was such an exciting and scary time and they were with me every step of the way."

After Season 7 ended, Martorana learned that she had the support of viewers, and she was thankful, but she didn't want to attack Flaherty either. "I don't want the negativity to go in Dave's, direction because I do care about him, and we both went through this crazy, unique experience together," Martorana said. "There were parts of our personalities that were magnified, and he's misunderstood in some ways too. So I just ask for understanding in both of our directions."

While Martorana's time on reality TV is seemingly finished, her Season 7 co-stars Bobby and Danielle Dodd are continuing to show their journey. After announcing Danielle's pregnancy, they also revealed they would appear on Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After. The new season airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
