'American Horror Story' Season 8 Spoilers: 'Coven' Witches and Rubber Man to Debut in Episode 2

The witches of American Horror Story: Coven may finally be making their Season 8 appearance on the upcoming episode of Apocalypse on Wednesday.

Supreme witch Cordelia Goode, played by Sarah Paulson, was spotted in the latest episode 2 sneak peek along with Frances Conroy's Myrtle Snow and Emma Roberts' Madison Montgomery. From the looks of the trailer for the episode, titled, "The Morning After," it seems as though the witches will be joining the guests of Outpost 3 before they uproot to the Murder House.

It's possible the troupe will be relocating to the house at some point during the episode since Season 1's Rubber Man was also spotted in the preview. As Murder House fans know, Rubber Man was Tate Landon—the ghost of a mass murder (also the father of Season 8's anti-Christ) who is trapped in the haunted California home along with several other ghosts.

Los Angeles was blown to smithereens in a nuclear apocalypse in the AHS Season 8 premiere. Only a select group—the wealthy Coco St. Pierre Vanderbilt (Leslie Grossman), her hair stylist Mr. Gallant (Evan Peters) and his grandmother Evie (Joan Collins) along with the genetically superior Timothy Campbell (Kyle Allen) and Emily (Ashley Santos)—were saved from total destruction and taken to a bunker, which another Paulson character, Ms. Wilhemina Venable, runs with an iron fist.

Life in Outpost 3 is strict and heavily regulated, which the guests quickly learn after Venable's right-hand-woman, Ms. Miriam Mead (Kathy Bates), shoots a man who broke the rules by going above ground. Things get even more intense when Cooperative representative Michael Langdon, otherwise known as Season 8's anti-Christ, arrives at the bunker.

The trailer for the upcoming episode teases the chaos occurring on the nuclear-contaminated land outside of the bunker. "Humanity is on the brink of failure. The world outside this compound has descended into a living hell," Langdon says in the trailer.

He has a plan for the remaining survivors, though, which Venable and Mead will apparently help him execute. "It's our world now, to remold as we see fit," Venable says in the clip.

Of course, that new world will be filled with a lot more evil and disorder under the ruling of Langdon, which Mead certainly doesn't seem to mind. "Hail Satan," she says.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse airs on FX on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. ET.
