Robert and Anny originally met on Facebook, with Robert proposing to Anny just eight hours after meeting her in the Dominican Republic.
Robert had been on a cruise with a one-day stop in the Dominican Republic when he unexpectedly popped the question.
The pair then relocated to Florida and got married in September 2019. When Anny arrived in the United States on her K-1 visa, it was only their second time being together in person.
During their stint on 90 Day Fiancé, Robert shared he had five children with four different women. He admitted to Anny he did not see his other children very much and was raising Bryson as a single parent.
They also originally clashed over their different expectations. For example, Robert envisioned Anny to become a stay-at-home mother whilst Anny thought she would be exposed to a life of luxury in the U.S.
Thankfully, Anny and Robert were able to put their pasts and differences behind them and remain together today, with a son or daughter on the way.
