Apple says problems, which it has yet to publicly identify, affected many of its services for nearly four hours Tuesday morning. The service disruptions began just before 10 a.m. ET and were resolved after 1 p.m. ET, the company told NBC News.

According to BNO News, the services affected include: App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, iBooks Store, iTunes in the Cloud, iTunes Match, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, iTunes U, Mac App Store, OS X Software Update, Radio and the Volume Purchase Program.

Some of those services, like the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV and many iTunes services, appeared to be down for some users entirely. iCloud services, however, remained up and running, according to TechCrunch. This means data such as documents, calendar events and contacts were still retrievable.
