Ariana Grande announced to her Twitter following on Tuesday that she wanted new planetary emoji options on her device. The pop-star who recently released a song called "NASA" on her latest album, Thank U, Next, said she specifically wants emojis for Jupiter, Neptune and Saturn.

"i would very much enjoy some more planet emojis next update please. i could really use a jupiter a neptune and a saturn," she tweeted with a video short video of herself with a cat ears and whiskers filter.

Some users took the opportunity to alert Grande that there was a planet emoji slated for release sometime in 2019. That emoji was called "ringed planet" on Emojipedia and resembles Saturn. The emoji was approved as part of the next emoji update expected sometime later this year. The update also includes 58 other emojis and 230 variants total. It might not be until the second half of the year though that the emojis are released on user devices.

Some of her followers thought the tweet might be an indication that she was working on the video for the new song or that she was on set. One user replied to her original tweet and said, "so ur filming nasa today huh," to which Grande replied "no" with a heart emoji.

But even with that reply users still speculated that a "NASA" music video was on the way. One user replied to her tweet and video and said, "NASA video is coming omg," while another replied with, "NASA NEXT SINGLE?"

Some thought maybe she was filming visuals for her tour and that today she was working on the ones for "NASA," with her hair in the video she posted to Twitter representing the planets.

Before Grande tweeted about wanting new space emojis she shared a photo of herself in a directors chair in front of a mirror with her signature long hair done in a ponytail that was separated. The sections of the hair were puffed out making each section appear like a sphere. Grande didn't add a caption to the photo, she simply shared a dark moon emoji with the photo on Twitter.

Over on her Instagram account she shared the same photo with the same message she shared on Twitter, "i would very much enjoy some more planet emojis next update please. i could really use a jupiter a neptune and a saturn."
