Educated at the Sorbonne and MIT, Gersh Kuntzman is obviously not the person being described here. The Gersh Kuntzman in question is the longtime newspaper reporter and editor Gersh Kuntzman, who has had long stints at the New York Post (1993-2007, minus three years in the middle to work at a web startup and write an online column for Newsweek) and the New York Daily News from 2012-7). In between, Gersh edited The Brooklyn Paper, a chain of weeklies. He also wrote and produced two plays, "SUV: The Musical" and "Murder at the Food Coop," both of which were produced at the NYC International Fringe Festival. He is the author of three books, most recently "COUP!" about the Trump administration.
