The third Bad Boys release will soon hit theaters, so get ready by re-watching Bad Boys and Bad Boys II. Both movies are available to stream online and you have about a week to watch both before the new movie is out.
In case you need a recap, the first Bad Boys movie, released in 1995, follows two Miami narcotics detectives, Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey—played by Martin Lawrence and Will Smith, respectively—working together to take down a Miami drug cartel. The sequel, Bad Boys II, was released in 2003 and sees the cops trace the source of illegal drugs flowing into Miami.
Now, 17 years later, fans can finally see the third movie in the series, Bad Boys for Life. In the latest edition, Burnett and Lowrey team up to take down the leader of a drug cartel.
The movie also stars Vanessa Hudges and Alexander Ludwig and is directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. The first two movies were directed by Michael Bay, but Michael Lawrence told Cinema Blend: "Well, it's not so strange because Bilall and Adel are doing a great job. It's just different directors, but we're still going to bring you that Bad Boys stuff."
