'Better Call Saul' Season 5 Streaming: How to Watch the New Season Online
AMC has now aired the first episode of Better Call Saul Season 5, with the rest of the episodes airing weekly on Mondays on the channel. Internationally, episodes of the Breaking Bad spin-off starring Bob Odenkirk will air weekly on Netflix, which is already streaming Season 5, Episode 1. U.S. viewers, however, will be unable to stream the latest season on Netflix until 2021.
How to watch Better Call Saul Season 5 online
In the U.S., episodes of Better Call Saul Season 5 will be streaming on the AMC website shortly after they air. Better Call Saul Season 5, Episode 2 will air on Tuesday, February 25, after which the remaining eight episodes will air weekly in that timeslot.
To watch them online on AMC, cable subscribers can log in to the AMC website and watch the latest episode. AMC is also allowing users without a cable subscription in the U.S. to watch Better Call Saul Season 5, Episode 1 now for free.
Viewers with a cable subscription can also upgrade to AMC Premiere for $4.99 a month. The service offers episodes of Better Call Saul Season 5 ad-free and on demand, as well as episodes of the various Walking Dead shows two days before they air on TV.
Those without a cable package in the U.S., however, have a number of options. Episodes are available to buy for $2.99 each on Amazon. Alternatively, fans can wait until Season 5 comes to Netflix before they can watch Better Call Saul online—and they will have a fairly long wait before they can do so.
In America, seasons of the show are only released on the streamer a few weeks before the release on the next season. Better Call Saul Season 4, for example, was only released onto U.S. Netflix on February 9, 2020, two weeks before the first episode of Season 5 aired on AMC.
As such, it is unlikely that Netflix will release Better Call Saul Season 5 onto their American service until early February 2021, a fortnight before its sixth (and final) season airs. Outside of the U.S., however, episodes of Better Call Saul are released at midnight PT on Tuesdays, after which time they are available to watch online and download for offline viewing.
U.S. viewers who want to watch episodes of the show online as it airs on AMC can do so on a number of live-streaming platforms that offer AMC. These include fuboTV, Philo, YouTube TV, and Sling TV.
