'Call of Duty: Black Ops 4' Zombies Tag Der Toten Easter Egg Guide & Walkthrough
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has its final Zombies map called Tag Der Toten. In this in-depth walkthrough, we guide you through the process of completing the Easter egg quest. Like all Easter egg quests, strong knowledge of the map is required. We also advise finishing all the steps in our Pack-a-Punch and Shield Parts guide as well. With that in mind, let's get to the proper Easter egg steps.
The first step is to complete challenges at various challenge statues around the map. They look like this. Start with the one at Lighthouse Station. Here are the challenges.

Kill enemies with headshots to collect brains: Collect 25 brains by getting headshots and go back to the statue.
Kill enemies with shield bashes
Collect Pee Jars and take them to the Beach: The Pee Jars are in this corner of the Lighthouse near the Wallbuy. Move them without shooting, jumping or sprinting. If you hear a smash sound you've done it wrong. Empty the jars into the water at the Beach.

Beach Statue - Kill enemies with snowballs: find snowballs around the map and hit Zombies with them. Killing fire Zombies with snowballs is especially important, as they drop dynamite parts we'll need later.
Kill enemies with the Lighthouse trap: activate it by the Beach or spawn.
Complete SOS messages: Throw snowballs at the gaps in SOS markings

At the Sunken Path (accessible by clearing debris using Dynamite)

Go see the Hermit at the Lighthouse and he'll hand you some dials.
Assuming you've gained access to Golden Pack-a-Punch and the section of the map it opens, go to Artifact Storage and look for these four dial boxes. There are two by the perk machine and two opposite that. Place the dials in, and you'll see different-colored circles. Just spin each dial till you hear a sound.

You'll hear a quote about three offerings. There are over a dozen possible locations, here are a few:
"Oft not where fire sings" - A bone on the Sunken Path next to a lantern

"Oft not where fools freeze" - A big fish in the Cargo Hold

"Where power ends" - In the Facility next to the power switch

"Where north is found" - Near the second power switch

"Where helixes peak" - On the Pee Jars at the top of the Lighthouse.

"Where filth cleanses" - At Decontamination by the lockers.

"Where lungs close" - In the water between Lighthouse Cove and Lagoon.

There's a full list of all 19 possible spawns here.
Locate three of the objects, and you'll be asked to find the Seal of Duality. There are several possible clues here as well.
"Where aether was gathered" - The board at Geological Processing in Facility. Melee it and use dynamite to blow up the safe.

"Where cages hang" - A poster board in the Boathouse near spawn. Melee the poster and blow up the safe with dynamite.

"Where humans suffer" - Knife an anatomical painting in Specimen Storage.
Once you have it, place the Artifact in Artifact Storage to spawn a red orb. Shoot it till it spawns a yellow orb that shoots out in a visible direction at a specific spot on the map. When you see it, throw a snowball at it to turn it blue. When it's blue, shoot it to send it back to Artifact Storage. In Storage, snowball and shoot again to send the yellow orb toward the seal. Shoot the red orb again and repeat the process two more times.

Now we need the Samantha Music Box, which requires finding two punch cards located at a few possible spots.
At Decontamination in the Washing Machine

In Specimen Storage on some shelves

In the jail cell toilet

On the bottom shelf of the element jars

Both cards in hand, put them into the machine at Security Lobby. The cards will return. Pick them up.

Place them in the vault at Human Infusion, then interact with the vault door on the opposite side of the scanner. This triggers a lockdown which, when finished, grants the Music Box.

Assuming you have the Seal of Duality and the Music Box at this point, place it on the fire at Sunken Path then throw a box on the flames. This turns the fire blue and lets you pick up the vessel.

Visit the Hermit at the Lighthouse and you'll get some Soap Stones. Place them here by the Boathouse trap then buy it to heat them.

Wait till the stones are on fire, then take them to this panel at Human Infusion.

Place more Soap Stone here at Decontamination and buy the trap. It should cool the stone. Now place it on the other side of the kiosk at Human Infusion. Stones on both sides, you should be able to collect the Fuse from the middle of the machine.

Place the Fuse at this door in Lighthouse Station.

To power the fuse you need the Wunderwaffle. You can get one at random via the Mystery Box, or get a guaranteed one by shooting some icicles. Here's one icicle right above this cave at the Beach.

There's another by the Lighthouse.

And another on the edge of the stairs at Lighthouse Cove.

Take the icicle back to the pot at Forecastle. It melts to reveal a key.

The key can be used at this safe in Specimen Storage. Inside the safe is a Vril Device. Get about 10 Zombie kills in the area to charge it. Take it to the Hermit, and he'll give you a key. In the box to the right of the pulley is the Wunderwaffle.

With the Wunderwaffe, shoot this battery at the Facility Entrance.

Next shoot the sparking battery on the Loading Platform.

Now we need to kill an electrical Zombie at three different spots. The first is near the MX9 wallbuy at Lighthouse Approach.

The next spot is here at Lighthouse Station.

The last spot is in Boathouse by the Lighthouse Trap.

Go back to the door at Lighthouse Station to get your fully charged Fuse.
Grab the Elemental Shard and head back to Artifact Storage. Do the Red Orb step three times again like you did before.
The final orb will work its way to the device at the Docks. Once it's blue, pick it up, place it on the Campfire at Sunken Path and throw a Music Box on it.
You'll be able to pick up the device, which should be returned to the Hermit. Note that once you do so you'll be unable to Pack-a-Punch. Returning it starts a lockdown in the Lighthouse.
Finish that up, and you'll get the device back. Walk outside, and you'll see that the Lighthouse is pointing toward one of the Pack-a-Punch locations. Head there and put the seal in the machine. Now you need to kill zombies near the machine to power the vessel. Repeat this process at each Pack-a-Punch location at the Beach, Lagoon, Sunken Path and Boathouse.
Now go to Artifact Storage and place the vessel down. Shoot the red orb till it releases a yellow one in the room. Throw a snowball at it to turn it blue and shoot it to return it. Repeat the process three times.
Take the seal, place it on the campfire in the Sunken Path and throw a Samantha box at it.

To enter the boss fight, have everyone bounce over to the Golden Pack-a-Punch and fill it with souls. This transforms the map into a crazy lava scape. The goal is to stay inside the bubble to avoid getting damaged. At certain spots the bubble will stop so you can collect souls.
The bubble path works like this:

Forecastle > Artifact Storage > Sunken Path > Lagoon > Lighthouse > Cargo Hold > Beach > Lighthouse Level 3.
From the Lighthouse, take the zipline from Facility > Decontamination > Human Infusion.
After one final lockdown, claim the device and take it back to the Lighthouse. You'll see the final light at Forecastle, and the Tag Der Toten Easter egg will be complete.
