Brock Lesnar returned to the WWE in the main event of Money in the Bank to capture the briefcase.

The men's Money in the Bank ladder match had Randy Orton, Ali, Andrade, Finn Balor, Baron Corbin, Ricochet and Drew McIntyre involved with Sami Zayn as the eight participant but he was taken out by a mysterious assailant.

Sami Zayn earned himself a spot in the ladder match after defeating Braun Strowman in a Falls Count Anywhere match on the go-home Monday Night RAW - with the help of Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre. This led to Braun Strowman being the first person Triple H thought was the attacker.

Although the Monster Among Men denied it, Triple H asked him to leave which he complied. Now, it seems that Brock Lesnar was the one who took out Sami Zayn and took his spot in the match. However, Lesnar wouldn't appear until the end of the match when he threw Ali off the ladder - who was on the verge of winning - and grabbed the briefcase for himself to close out the show.Lesnar was last seen in the WWE at WrestleMania 35 when he lost the Universal Championship to Seth Rollins in the first match on the main card.

Brock Lesnar is scheduled to appear at the Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia, June 7. His opponent was not revealed but now that he has the MITB briefcase he could have his rematch with Seth Rollins, or go for Kofi Kingston and the WWE Championship.
