Weapon/Mechanic Tuning Changes

There's obviously a ton here, but the overall point of the update is to ensure that Divisions are more customizable and accessible. Looking at the new class progression alone, you'll likely notice all previous weapon-based advantages have been removed in favor of more specific buffs to movement, sight and hearing. Instead, those former weapon-centric perks are essentially available to all players regardless of Division choice. Especially in the case of Armored and Expeditionary, the listed advantages definitely make those underused classes worth a second look.

The update, believed to be version 1.12, is set to arrive on all platforms during the afternoon of April 10. That's the same day WWII's second DLC expansion, called The War Machine, is expected to debut on PS4. The expansion features three additional multiplayer maps, an aerial-focused War mission and, of course, a brand-new chapter of Nazi Zombies.

Call Of Duty: WWII is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
