Turning Point USA, the conservative youth organization founded by Charlie Kirk, has been flooded with requests to start new chapters following his assassination, according to a spokesperson.
The organization has "received over 32,000 inquiries in the last 48-hours to start new campus chapters," Turning Point spokesperson Andrew Kolvet, who is also executive producer of "The Charlie Kirk Show," said in a post on X on Sunday.
"To put that in perspective, TPUSA currently has 900 official college chapters and around 1,200 high school chapters, with a presence of 3,500 total."

Why It Matters
Kirk, 31, was assassinated as he was speaking at Utah Valley University on September 10, and a suspect is in custody. The event was the first stop on Kirk's "The American Comeback Tour," where attendees were invited to debate him in a public setting.
He was among President Donald Trump's most prominent allies and seen as an architect of his 2024 election victory, playing a prominent role in rallying young Republican voters. He was a frequent political commentator, often speaking on college campuses and hosting media programs and conferences.
What To Know
In her first remarks since her husband was killed, Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk, vowed to continue his work with Turning Point USA. She also said his campus tour and his radio and podcast show would continue.
She urged young people to join their local Turning Point USA chapter.
"To all of the young people who felt inspired by my husband's faith in hard work, all of you already know what Charlie would want you to do," she said in remarks that were streamed live on Kirk and Turning Point USA's social media accounts.
"If you're in high school or if you're in college, go find your local Turning Point USA chapter. Join it. Stay involved. He wants you to make a difference. And you can. You can. The movement's not going anywhere. And it will only grow stronger when you join it."
She added: "If there isn't a chapter, you can't find one, then start one. There is no excuse. Start one."
What People Are Saying
Kolvet added on X: "Charlie's vision to have a Club America chapter (our high school brand) in every high school in America (around 23,000) will come true much, much faster than he could have ever possibly imagined. Truly incredible."
Erika Kirk said during the livestream on Friday: "To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die. It won't. I refuse to let that happen."
President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social after Kirk was killed: "The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us."
What's Next
Turning Point USA is set to hold a memorial for Kirk at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on September 21.
Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance has said he will be hosting "The Charlie Kirk Show" on Monday.
