He was booked into the Palm Beach County jail late on Thursday night. Brown was wanted on a felony battery warrant from the Hilllsborough County Sheriff's office, reports WPTV.
The battery warrant dates back to April 2017, when Tampa police allege Brown punched a photographer during an appearance at a club.
Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said Brown was released after paying a $2,000 bond.

Following his release from jail, the singer posted a picture of himself on his Instagram account, along with the caption "What's NEW????? Show tomorrow!!!"
Brown is due to perform at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa on Friday night as part of his Heartbreak On A Full Moon Tour.

Brown was later sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling, and six months of community service.
He was also handed a restraining order requiring him to remain 50 yards away from Rihanna at all times, down to 10 at public events.
In June, a judge also handed him another restraining order against a woman named Cassandra, who accused him of stalking and hitting her after she attended one of his parties.
In June 2017, his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran also obtained a five-year restraining order against him over claims he became aggressive towards her after demanding money and diamonds that he gave her during their relationship, reports Page 6.
