Coffee Shop Owner Bans Biden Voters, Trans Patrons from Store

A small-town coffee shop owner has made waves for his recent video that decreed that anyone who supports transgender rights or voted for Biden will not be welcome in his store.

Former Navy Seal Adam Newbold is the owner C4 Coffee in Lisbon, Ohio. In a video posted to Rumble on Friday, March 19, he tells customers that he does not want to serve anyone who does not support former President Trump.

"If you voted for Joe Biden, don't buy our coffee, it's not for you," Newbold says. "If you believe there was nothing wrong with this election... don't buy our coffee. It's not for you."

He also discourages transgender and nonbinary individuals or anyone who supports them from entering his shop, saying, "If you feel America is on the right track and there's nothing wrong with gender-neutral, don't know which bathroom to use or use whichever bathroom you feel like during the day ... don't buy our coffee because it's not for you."

In the video, Newbold even claims that he was present at the January 6 riot at the Capitol. "I was there, I witnessed the patriotic angry Americans chanting, 'USA, USA,'" he says. Along with footage he took in Washington, D.C., he says that he was on the Capitol steps where he "witnessed a very volatile situation that is an absolute miracle it wasn't more deadly than it was."

Newbold does assert, however, that he himself did not participate in nor does he promote the violent and criminal actions that happened that day. WKBN reported that he did post footage of himself at the riot on his personal social media accounts where he is heard saying, "It was historic, it was necessary, and the reason I say I'm proud of Americans is because I wasn't sure if we still had the spine anymore. Now I see that it exists."

According to an additional report from WKBN, Newbold also runs Advanced Training Group Worldwide, a company that does consulting for federal agencies and law enforcement. In his Rumble video, he claims to have even worked for the CIA "for quite some time."

"All of my adult life I've been praised for striving to do good things," Newbold says. "I've been called a patriot, a true American, a warrior. I have been referred to even as a hero and I've been humble and so grateful."

"The year 2021's a bit different," he adds. "In 2021 I've been referred to as a traitor, I've been referred to as a terrorist, an insurrectionist and I resent it and rejected with ... every fiber of my being."

Newbold instead encourages those who disagree with him to take their business elsewhere. "There are bigger companies that you can buy from, okay?" he says.

While Newbold confirms his presence at the Capitol riots in the video, he is not among the list of rioters who have been formally charged for their participation.
