The Chicago Cubs got a massive win Wednesday night in Game 3 of the National League Division Series against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Chicago's win was headlined by a four-run first inning that started with a leadoff homerun from first baseman Michael Busch. Not only was the homer for Busch his second of the series against the Brewers, but it made MLB postseason history in the process.

According to ESPN's Sarah Langs, Busch became the first player to hit multiple leadoff homeruns in the same series in postseason history. When processing that, it is truly insane that none of the game's best leadoff hitters were ever able to accomplish that.

The first leadoff home run from Busch came in Game 1 of the NLDS when he launched a Freddy Peralta fastball over the right field wall to get the Cubs off to a fast start in the series. Leadoff homer No. 2 jumpstarted the Chicago offense in Wednesday's must-win game.

It is not yet known whether Busch will get a chance to accomplish the feat three times in one series as Milwaukee has not yet announced its starter for Game 4. A left-hander on the mound for the Brewers would likely see Busch benched in favor of the veteran Justin Turner. A right-hander, though, would give Busch a chance to hit his third leadoff homer of the series and further cement himself in MLB history.
