What Would Have Happened in the Cut Chris Noth Scene from 'And Just like That...'

And Just Like That...Chris Noth will not be returning to the Sex and the City Reboot on HBO Max. The actor's scenes in the finale, scheduled to air on Thursday, February 3, have been officially cut by producers in the wake of multiple sexual assault allegations made by numerous women against him.

Noth, 67, has consistently denied all of the allegations, but since they have come to light in the past month, Noth has not only been removed from And Just Like That..., he has also been dropped by his representation and fired from his series regular spot on CBS's The Equalizer.

At first, fans were delighted to see the return of Noth's Mr. Big in the season premiere of And Just Like That... which arrived 17 years after Sex and the City ended. Audiences were then left devasted when his character surprisingly died of a heart attack whilst riding a Peloton in Episode 2.

With Noth's character killed off audiences have been left wondering in what way he would have possibly returned in the finale of And Just Like That... Newsweek has everything you need to know.

What Would Have Happened In The Cut Chris Noth Scene From And Just Like That...?

Chris Noth was set to appear in the season finale of And Just Like That... on Thursday, February 3 as part of a fantasy-dream-like sequence.

In the season finale, Carrie (played by Sarah Jessica Parker) will travel to Paris' Pont des Arts bridge to scatter Big's ashes into the Seine River, an iconic landmark in the Sex and the City world.

Originally, as Carrie scattered the ashes, she would reunite with her husband Big in a fantasy sequence, but now the scene, which was filmed on location in Paris before the sexual assault allegations surfaced, has been cut entirely, reports TV Line.

Newsweek has contacted HBO Max for comment.

The first two allegations against North appeared in The Hollywood Reporter on December 16, 2021. In the article, two women using aliases shared similar accounts accusing Noth of rape.

A third woman came forward in a Daily Beast report published on December 18, 2021, accusing Noth of alleged sexual assault.

Singer Lisa Gentile accused Noth of sexually assaulting her in 2002 and threatening to "ruin" her career. She made the allegations during a press conference on December 23.

Noth has denied all of the allegations that were made against him. In a statement in response to the first two made on December 16, 2021, Noth stated they were "categorically false".

His statement in full read: "The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false.

"These stories could've been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross.

"The encounters were consensual. It's difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don't know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women."

His former Sex and the City and And Just Like That... co-stars, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Sarah Jessica Parker recently spoke out about the allegations, supporting Noth's accusers.

In a joint statement, the trio said: "We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth.

We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences.

"We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it."
