X-Men 'Dark Phoenix' Release Date Pushed to June, Untitled Deadpool in December

The X-Men Dark Phoenix release date has been pushed back to June 7. The film was originally slated to release on February 14, and the first trailer just debuted earlier this week, but Deadline reports Fox has shifted its entire theatrical release schedule.

Alita: Battle Angel will take Dark Phoenix's original February 14 slot, and an untitled Deadpool film (rumored to be a PG-13 version of Deadpool 2) will release on December 21. Gambit (unofficial title), previously expected to release sometime in 2019, is now slated for March 13, 2020.

The forthcoming Deadpool release will go against Aquaman, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Transfomer's Bumblebee. Check out Deadpool creator Ryan Reynolds' mysterious tweet below.
