A domestic battery charge against Jen Harley has been dropped. Harley was under investigation for allegedly dragging ex-boyfriend, Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, with her car on June 24. She was arrested after the incident, which is said to have happened as the ex-couple and their child, Ariana Sky, were returning home after a barbeque.

The charges were dropped by the Nevada District Attorney's Office due to insufficient evidence, FOX 5 KVVU TV reported.

The on-and-off couple spent the Fourth of July together, according to Magro's Instagram story. A photo of the pair looking cozy was posted, adorned in red, white and blue.

The reunion comes after weeks of public upheaval, another near-arrest of Harley taking place on June 7, Us Weekly reported. While filming season two of Jersey Shore Family Vacation at a Vegas hotel, Harley and Margo got into a "physical altercation" and police were called, though when they showed up, Harley could not be found.

The pair previously broadcast a physical altercation on Instagram Live, People reported. On April 29, the then-couple livestreamed their brawl, in which Magro can be heard screaming "Put your hands on me again! Put your fucking hands on me again, I dare you!"

Soon after, Magro issued an apology reading, "This is a private matter that should have never been made public. I remain focused on my daughter and she is my No. 1 priority."

Magro, who is most notable for his time on MTV reality show Jersey Shore, is currently filming season two of the show's revival, Jersey Shore Family Vacation. The first season aired on April 5. Much of Magro's presence on the series spoke of his relationship with Harley as he questioned the couple's future pre-baby and expressed his unhappiness in the relationship.

Jersey Shore castmate Deena Cortese announced her first pregnancy on Monday, Peoplereported. She followed the announcement with details of the baby's sex and name, a boy to be named Christopher John. Cortese was married eight months ago.

Cast member Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is recently engaged. He proposed to fiancé Lauren Pesce, on an episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation with the help of his MTV roommates. Magro expressed the relationship between Sorrentino and Pesce was something he wanted but was unsure he would ever have.
