Donald Trump Asks Child on Christmas Eve: 'Are You Still a Believer in Santa? Because At 7 It's Marginal, Right?'

President Donald Trump has a way of making news even when most of the world probably isn't paying attention. On Christmas Eve 2018, and not having much to do while mostly alone at The White House, the president answered the phone and gave a child some unexpected advice.

The Daily Beast reported Trump answered the phone at the White House and said to the child, "Oh, that's just good. You have a good time. Are you still a believer in Santa?"

About that time on the video clip, cameras could be heard clicking at rapid-fire pace. Then Trump said, "Because At 7 It's Marginal, Right?"

Trump then chuckled and said, "Well you just, uh, enjoy yourself."

Trump publicized his Christmas Eve aloneness at the White House and has fed off of that all day. On Monday morning, he said," I am all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come back and make a deal on desperately needed Border Security. At some point the Democrats not wanting to make a deal will cost our Country more money than the Border Wall we are all talking about. Crazy!"

Monday afternoon, he sent this message to the world:
"I am in the Oval Office & just gave out a 115 mile long contract for another large section of the Wall in Texas. We are already building and renovating many miles of Wall, some complete. Democrats must end Shutdown and finish funding. Billions of Dollars, & lives, will be saved!"

It can't be confirmed if Trump gave a contract for a 115-mile wall along the southern border with Mexico, or if the contract, indeed, was 115 miles long. Even Santa's nice and naughty list can't be that long. Also, it can't be confirmed if the president was talking about billions of lives when he followed the dollar amount that could be saved.

Then there was this moment when he and First Lady Melania Trump are spotted on phones talking to children who are awaiting Santa.
