'Dynasty' Season 4 Netflix Release Date: When the New Episodes Will Be Streaming
Netflix subscribers will soon be able to watch every episode of Dynasty Season 4 and get all the drama from the latest episodes.
How will the marriage of Fallon (played by Elizabeth Gillies) and Liam (Adam Huber) run smoothly (hint: of course not).
Will Alexis (Elaine Hendrix) be able to end her feud with Dominique (Michael Michele) in order to take control of the Carrington fortune? And will Blake (Grant Show) and Cristal (Daniella Alonso) ever catch a break in their marriage? All of these questions and more will soon be answered by Netflix.
With the season finale of Dynasty airing very soon on The CW, streaming subscribers outside of America are just days away from watching Season 4.
When Will Dynasty Season 4 Be on Netflix?
A little explanation of how Netflix's deal with The CW works: The two networks have a deal where all the seasons of CW shows that started airing before the 2019 - 2020 TV season (that includes Dynasty) come to Netflix eight days after their season finales first air.
This is therefore the case for classic CW shows like Dynasty, Riverdale and The Flash, but not for newer shows like Batwoman, Walker and the upcoming 4400 reboot.
As such, Dynasty Season 4 will come to Netflix eight days after its season finale first airs on The CW. As that episode is set to air on Friday, October 1, the Netflix release date will be Saturday, October 9.
As for what time fans should expect it, most Netflix shows drop at midnight Pacific Time – either seven or eight hours behind GMT depending on daylight saving time. When it drops, it will depend on your time difference from the west coast of the U.S.
American viewers are able to watch some of Dynasty Season 4 for free right now. The CW has the last five episodes of all its older shows on its website and app for free whenever a show is airing.
While viewers are waiting for the season to drop on Netflix, The CW has dropped a synopsis to whet streaming viewers' appetites. It reads in part: "Dynasty is back, which means the knives are out and so is the Carrington family backstabbing.
"After somehow surviving her bachelorette party in the third season finale, Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) just wants to get married to Liam (Adam Huber) and have a nice, calm life. Those aren't two words usually associated with Carringtons, and they won't be this season either as the happy couple faces their biggest challenges yet.
"Danger and temptation are as abundant as champagne and diamonds! Speaking of holy matrimony, Blake (Grant Show) and Cristal's (Daniella Alonso) relationship hit some blasphemous turbulence last season as they each strayed, and this season they'll work even harder to make a marriage last. Unfortunately, the universe has other plans - as do multiple enemies - which throws their fate up in the air."
