After Beyoncé delayed a big announcement slated for January 14, fans are speculating on what new information could be revealed.

Beyoncé delivered a highly anticipated halftime show at the Christmas Day NFL game between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens. It was her first public performance of the songs from her 2024 album Cowboy Carter.

The epic performance at the NRG Stadium kicked off with Beyoncé emerging on a white horse. There were appearances from collaborators Shaboozey and Post Malone, and Beyoncé closed out her set with her hit "Texas Hold 'Em," when her daughter joined the stage.

Fans applauded the show, while some conservatives blasted it for being "hyper-sexualized" for a family audience.

Why Did Beyoncé Delay Her Announcement?

Beyoncé said on Tuesday that she would be postponing her announcement in a statement posted to her Instagram page.

She noted that her decision was "due to the devastation caused by the ongoing wildfires around areas of Los Angeles."

"I continue to pray for healing and rebuilding for the families suffering from trauma and loss," the pop star posted. "We are so blessed to have brave first responders who continue to work tirelessly to protect the Los Angeles community."

Beyoncé also encouraged her fans "to join our efforts in supporting those impacted" by visiting @beygood.

When Did Beyoncé Release The Announcement Teaser?

Immediately after her 13-minute performance on Christmas Day, Beyoncé took to social media and shared a video of her waving an American flag on a white horse.

"Look at that horse," Beyoncé captioned the post.

What Do Fans Speculate the Announcement Will Be About?

In the comment section, fans are curious about what Beyoncé has up her sleeves.

"WHAT DOES THIS MEAN," one fan posted.

Drummer and producer Questlove commented, "Creatives around the world. Step up. (Me included)."

Lifestyle television channel MTV even weighed in and commented "BEYONCÉ EXPLAIN" on the Instagram post, which has garnered over 1.69 million likes at the time of writing.

Some fans are asking if the announcement will be for another tour.

The announcement date is ahead of the Grammys, which are on February 2, as well as the Super Bowl, which will be played on February 9. There's some speculation Beyoncé will announce something tied to those events.

For now, here's a rundown of what fans predict Queen B's announcement is about.

World Tour Announcement

Many fans are speculating that Beyoncé will announce a tour on the 14th. Her publicist, however, already denied the reports.

"Untrue. Nothing to report here. Whenever there is any news, you will hear it directly from the source first," Yvette Noel-Schure wrote on X on November 27, following speculation from publication Hits Daily Double that the pop star would have an "enormous" tour after the halftime show.

That said, music outlets are suggesting that Renaissance rolled out an album and then a tour on a similar timeline, so this could be a possibility.

New Deluxe Album Release

Fans are saying this potential album would close out Beyoncé's trilogy, as her 2022 Renaissance album as well as 2024's Cowboy Carter both feature horses on their covers.

Renaissance has been referred to as "Act I" and Cowboy Carter as "Act II."

Rumors have circulated for a while that Beyoncé will name her next set of songs "The Betty Black Tour." Beyoncé also dressed as Betty Davis for Halloween, adding to the speculations. The Metro was the first to report on Thursday that when typing in the URL bettyblacktour.com, it redirects to Beyoncé's official website.

Some fans, however, pointed out that an unknown person had bought the bettyblacktour.com domain and made sure it redirected, according to The Metro.

'Cowboy Carter' Documentary Release

A documentary for Cowboy Carter was already released. On April 26, fans were able to start watching the film Call Me Country: Beyoncé & Nashville's Renaissance.

It looks into what country music is and how Beyoncé has added to the genre. The film also explores Black artists in Nashville and how they fight for visibility and recognition.

The 41-minute documentary has received 5.1 out of 10 stars on IMDb.

Merchandise Release

In the past year, Beyoncé has launched new products, from hair care to a new line of fragrances and a whiskey brand. She also did a collaboration with Levi's Jeans.

The Cowboy Carter Artbook was announced on December 1 already. The book is available for pre-order on her website. It's selling for $74.

There are other merchandise options on Beyoncé's website as well, including a white t-shirt with an image of the pop star in a cowboy hat.
