YUGI MUTO
The inclusion of Yugi Muto from the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga series was the most shocking addition to Jump Force so far*,* but details on his fighting style were kept under wraps.
While a gameplay trailer would have gone a long way, Bandai Namco released new screenshots and official art of Yugi in Jump Force that confirms fan speculation. Yugi will summon monsters using his Duel Disc to, presumably, fight for him.
The new screenshots show three of Yugi's signature monsters, the Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl and Slifer the Sky Dragon.
HUNTER X HUNTER
Jump Force has Gon and Hisoka confirmed for the roster, and now Killua and Kurapika from the Hunter x Hunter series will join them in the fight to save two worlds.
Killua has abilities that revolve around summoning lightning from his body. He can either use it as projectiles, to strengthen his strikes or make him run faster.
Kurapika, on the other hand, has a keen intellect and an innate ability to increase his strength and speed when he is enraged, thanks to being a member of the Kurta Clan. His special abilities involve creating weapons and items out of thin air.
Jump Force will release for PS4 and Xbox One in 2019.
What do you think of Killua and Kurapika joining the Jump Force roster? How do you think Yugi Muto will play? Let us know in the comments section below.
