Nintendo just announced a dedicated Nintendo Direct for its upcoming video game “Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream.” The livestream will show new details and features for the upcoming Nintendo Switch game, and will take place later this week, on Thursday morning.
“Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream” was first revealed in a Nintendo Direct last year, as one of two games announced for the Nintendo Switch following the reveal of its successor, the Nintendo Switch 2. The game is a sequel to life simulation game “Tomodachi Life” for the Nintendo 3DS, which saw players managing the lives of a number of Mii residents. The game became a quiet hit upon its release, slowly selling over the course of the 3DS’ lifespan and ultimately going on to sell over 6 million units.
