There are 50 different Achievements to grab in the game along with a Platinum trophy you'll recieve if you complete every achievement. There are 10 different Secret achievements to unlock. These must be completed in a Solo Campaign to unlock.

The Spark

Complete the game intro by liberating Dutch's island.

Gamerscore/Trophy Won: 20, Bronze
How To Get: Unlocks when you complete the game Prologue

You Are Wrath

Be deemed the Sin of Wrath.

Gamerscore/Trophy Won: 50, Silver
How To Get: This one will unlock after you complete the "The Confession" Story Quest in John's region. You'll also get a Resistance Level 3.

Special Delivery

Ensure a baby's safe passage into this world.

Gamerscore/Trophy Won: 10, Bronze
How To Get: First, liberate John's region. You'll have the option to Complete a " Special Delivery " Story Quest. It is found at Rye & Sons Aviation in John's Region. Complete it for the achievement.

Only You

Successfully complete the First Trial.

Gamerscore/Trophy Won: 50, Silver
How To Get: This trophy will unlock automatically when you complete "The World is Weak" Story Quest in Jacob's region.

Walk The Path

Discover the Bliss.

Gamerscore/Trophy Won: 20, Bronze
How To Get: Unlocks when you complete "The Bliss" Story Quest in Faith's region. This quest is the second dream sequence involving Faith.

Together Forever

Get to the End.

Gamerscore/Trophy: 100, Gold
How To Get: You'll automatically unlock this achievement when you beat the campaign. You can pick any ending for your final encounter with Joseph. Afterwards, you can replay the final mission to try out alternate endings.

Saving Deputy Hudson

Save Deputy Hudson.

Gamerscore/Trophy - 50, Gold
How To Get: You'll unlock this achievement by completing the "Quality of Mercy" story quest, where you liberate John's region.

Blissful

Save the Marshal from the Bliss.

Gamerscore/Trophy: 50, Silver
How To Get: Unlock this trophy by completing "Ignorance is Bliss" Story Quest in Fath's region (Third dream sequence).

Saving Sheriff Whitehorse

Save Sheriff Whitehorse.

Gamerscore/Trophy: 15, Bronze
How To Get: You'll get this one for liberating Faith's region in "Walk The Path" story quest.

Saving Deputy Pratt

Save Deputy Pratt.
