Burger chain, Five Guys, has opened a brand new flagship restaurant in Las Vegas, according to an official press release.
Five Guys in Las Vegas
Five Guys' 10,000-square-foot restaurant at the Grand Canal Shoppes, inside The Venetian Resort, on the Las Vegas Strip, is to be open every day and offers extended opening hours from 8 a.m. until 4 a.m so it can serve both early-day and late-night customers.

It’s the “first-of-its-kind location” that will give its customers a “Las Vegas–inspired experience,” with a full, walk-up bar and an all-day breakfast. These two new additions will feature alongside the Five Guys traditional menu items, which include its “signature” customizable burgers, 1,000 milkshake variations, and double-cooked, hand-cut fries.

The new venue has been designed for the Las Vegas Strip and features custom murals and neon signage of typically Las Vegas-style memorabilia, including dice and cards. It also has a glass-walled potato prep room that gives guests a “behind-the-scenes look” at how Five Guys prepares its fries.
Edward Pizzarello, Five Guys Grand Canal Shoppes franchisee, said: "The location represents a big moment for our brand. We wanted to deliver what people have always loved about Five Guys, fresh, handmade food prepared with purpose, quality, consistency, and taste, while embracing the energy and indulgence that define Las Vegas."
“This year, Five Guys celebrates 40 years of great burgers, quality ingredients, and a welcoming experience. Opening a flagship in Las Vegas allows us to honor our history while inviting a new generation of guests to experience our brand."
What’s on the Las Vegas Menu?
The new Five Guys bar will serve all the usual drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails, and alcoholic milkshakes. The new all-day breakfast will feature classic items like eggs and bacon, but will also offer the option for customers to add a burger patty to their breakfast order.
To launch the new bar and breakfast features, Five Guys is throwing a flagship celebration event, scheduled for Thursday, January 29, which will feature limited-time offerings, giveaways, and a community giveback moment.
This new flagship location—Five Guys’ first to offer a full bar and all‑day breakfast—marks a significant expansion beyond the brand’s traditional burgers‑and‑fries model. The company hopes the new offerings will appeal to the heavy tourism and around‑the‑clock demand on the Las Vegas Strip.
