The last Kombat Kast before the release of Mortal Kombat 11 revealed Frost as the 25th and final character on the base roster. Her first gameplay trailer also revealed her Fatal Blow and Fatality.

Check out Frost’s gameplay in Mortal Kombat 11 below.

The stream revealed that Frost uses Kronika technology to be stronger than the usual Cyber Lin Kuei, like Cyrax and Sektor. She uses her ice powers and cybernetic body to shoot ice ball projectiles from her chest and form ice swords on her hands to punish opponents.

Some of her other special moves include an overhead ice bomb attack that can be directed, close, mid and far. She can spin around using her swords to juggle the opponent in the air. She can also launch her head as an anti-air attack and juggle an opponent during a combo.

One of her loadouts includes an ice scythe, an overhead attack that does two hits - or three with an amplify. She can also use a slow-moving shield that absorbs projectiles and a dive bomb that becomes a slide if it misses.

Another of Frost’s special moves sees her drop her head on the floor, which will roll and detonate to potentially freeze the opponent. Frost also has a slow-moving homing missile that shoots from her hand.

Sub-Zero’s former apprentice returns after appearing an NPC in Mortal Kombat X and MK9. Frost made her debut in 2002’s Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. While she helped Sub-Zero in the past, she was kicked out of the Lin Kuei for her arrogance and thirst for power.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available April 23 on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
