How to Watch Some of the Most Buzzed About 2020 Oscar Winners

The Academy Awards came to a close Sunday night with few historic wins and a lot of residual buzz. Parasite made history with the best picture win, it also won the best director, best international film and best original screenplay. 1917 was the other big winner last night, taking many of the top technical awards in best cinematography, best sound mixing and best visual effects.

If you missed any of Oscar winners in theaters the first time around, here is how to watch or stream the more buzzed about films.

Parasite

Making history, Parasite represented a bridge between international films and traditional Hollywood. Bong Joon-ho came away with a four Academy Awards: best original screenplay, international feature film, best directing and best picture.

The second-most successful films at Sunday's Oscars, 1917 had a strong showing in technical categories; it had been considered one of the favorites for the major categories as well. The film is currently playing in theaters in most locations worldwide, and it is available for preorder for physical Blu-ray disc or on digital on all major streaming services.

Ford v Ferrari

Ford v Ferrari won two Oscars on Sunday, both in technical categories of best film editing and best sound editing. The film is available to purchase on most on-demand streaming services such as Amazon, Apple, Vudu, Google and YouTube.

Joker

Joker also won two Oscars: best actor for a breathtaking performance by Joaquin Phoenix, and it won for best score, for composer Hildur Guonadottir's haunting score. Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood came away with two Oscars on Sunday, led by Brad Pitt winning for best supporting actor. The film also won for best production design. Quentin Tarantino's film is available to rent or purchase on Amazon, Apple, FandangoNow, Google Play, Vudu and YouTube.

Bombshell

Bombshell won one Oscar on Sunday for best makeup and hairstyling. The film is still playing in theaters and is available for pre-order on digital or home media.

Jojo Rabbit

Judy

Little Women

Little Women won an Oscar for best costume design on Sunday. Greta Gerwig's film is currently still playing in theaters nationwide and is available for pre-order on all major streaming services.

Marriage Story

Marriage Story was nominated for six Oscars, coming away with one win: best supporting actress for Laura Dern. The film is a Netflix exclusive and currently available to stream.

Toy Story 4
