Push your career to new heights with the Bath MBA

The Bath MBA gives you the edge with its focus on practical experience. Designed with input from global employers, the full-time programme features the unique Multi-Project Suite (MPS), replacing the traditional dissertation. With the MPS you'll complete four different projects, applying what you've learned to a range of business problems with a variety of organisations. The MPS includes individual and group work in topics like leadership, entrepreneurship, change management and consulting. You'll creatively solve real business challenges while gaining real-world project work to add to your CV.

With 30% of the curriculum being customisable, you can focus on developing the most beneficial skills for your chosen industry. Whether you want to accelerate, progress or change your career, the Bath MBA can help you achieve your ambition.

'The Bath MBA multi-project suite means you're ready to go with work.'

One Bath MBA: two formats

The Full-time MBA takes one year to complete. The Executive MBA is a part-time course over two years. It's designed to be employer- and employee-friendly, aimed at busy professionals combining work and study. Throughout the Executive programme, you'll effectively be a professional consultant at your current workplace, exploring business issues of benefit to both you and your employer. It's a typically unique feature of one of the most distinctive MBA programmes you're likely to find.

Small class sizes, excellent careers support

Small class sizes mean more contact time with faculty, professional support staff and your fellow students. The dedicated MBA careers team will work closely with you, offering coaching and mentoring programmes alongside industry contacts, helping you plan how to advance your career.

'I'm really happy with the careers support at Bath. They've helped us develop both soft skills and hard skills. All the resources are in real-time and are adaptive to the current situation.'
