INVESTING: RETIRING WITH EASE

No money? No investment savvy? There's still an Individual Retirement Account for you. Investment companies are rolling out easy IRAs to snag new investors. Fidelity (fidelity.com) is offering a new SimpleStart IRA: there's no annual fee, and no minimum investment if you agree to an automatic monthly contribution of at least $200. Pick your retirement date and Fidelity will invest your money in a mix of stocks and bonds selected for your schedule. T. Rowe Price's (troweprice.com) SmartChoice IRA offers a similar deal. Agree to a $10 annual fee, a monthly contribution of as little as $50 and choose the date you'll trade your mouse for a golf club. It does the rest. The hardest part is imagining you'll ever retire.
