Footage of an interviewer asking J. Cole about Drake's success has gone viral, following the latter's ongoing beef with Kendrick Lamar.
Drake—whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham—has been feuding with Lamar since 2013, when Lamar called him out during an appearance on Big Sean's song "Control."
The pair have been trading diss tracks on and off for years. However, their beef has ramped up in recent weeks, with the rappers releasing six diss tracks targeting one another since April alone.

J. Cole became tangled in the feud in October, after collaborating with Drake on his single "First Person Shooter."
In the track, the 39-year-old referred to himself, Drake and Lamar as "the big three" of contemporary hip-hop. However, being roped in with Drake and Cole reportedly offended Lamar.
The 36-year-old responded to the lyric in his song "Like That" with Future and Metro Boomin. Released in March, the track included the line "M********* the big three, it's just big me."
As more and more celebrities weigh in on the feud, a video of a journalist seemingly attempting to get J. Cole to criticize Drake went viral on Tuesday.
The resurfaced clip was shared to X, formerly Twitter, by fan account Cole World (@JColeVillle). According to the caption, the interview took place in 2010, with the post receiving over 321,000 views.
"Drake is not bad dude, I think Drake is a talented dude, but I feel like he's 'that guy,'" the reporter tells Cole in the footage.
"To me, he's overrated. He's dope, he's talented as hell, you know what I'm saying," the journalist continues, as Cole begins to look uncomfortable. "Why do you think his buzz is so big, yet cats like you, who I feel honestly are more talented than him, still ain't got that shine?"

...
"Well, first of all, I can't co-sign none of that, you know what I'm saying," Cole responds. "It's just, you know, it's how things happen. His stars lined up, like, that was his destiny, it was supposed to happen like that for him. I can't get mad at that."
"This was destined for him," he continued, adding that "everything happens for a reason."
Newsweek has reached out to J. Cole for comment via email.
Fans applauded Cole's response to the reporter's prompts, dubbing him a "class act."
"Real a** dude," commented X user Ramon on the video.
"Where did bro gets this level of maturity and wisdom at such an early age?" asked CFC-Mac.
"Where do people find the edge to hate on Cole??...like how," said Lee NS Miller.
"Reporter sucks," wrote @MisstyM. "He is just trying to get a sound bite against Drake to go viral and of course Cole is not having any of it."
