Jake Paul Claims He 'Hooked Up' With Lil Nas X in Viral TikTok Video

Jake Paul has caused a stir with his latest TikTok video, after claiming that he "hooked up" with rapper Lil Nas X.

In the clip, which was uploaded on Tuesday, the YouTuber and boxer looked back over a number of his career low points, including getting fired from the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark back in 2017 and getting raided by the FBI in 2020.

Keeping things visually and aurally entertaining, the clip was set to the Vicetone and Tony Igy track "Astronomia" and showed Paul, 24, acting as though he was under gunfire when each of his scandals flashed up on the screen.

He added "fake married a sloth" to his list. In June 2019, Paul and YouTuber Tana Mongeau appeared to start dating before quickly getting married just weeks later. The pair were never legally married and got a "divorce" in January of 2020.

And after adding to the list that he "started dating a boobie model"—as his girlfriend Julia Rose took part in the video—things took an unexpected turn when Paul added in the closing seconds that he "hooked up with Lil Nas X."

No further context was added, as the brief clip came to an abrupt end following Paul's claim about the "Old Town Road" hitmaker, real name Montero Lamar Hill.

Captioning the video, which garnered more than 3 million views in 12 hours, Paul wrote: "A lot of Ls but the last one is a huge W."

Newsweek has contacted representatives for Lil Nas X and Jake Paul for comment.

Lil Nas X came out as gay in 2019, a move which he said made his dating life easier—though he has kept details of his love life away from the public glare.

Speaking on the Spout Podcast in April, the musician said: "Before fame, I dated maybe like two, three people. None of the relationships anybody ever knew besides us two, you know?"

Meanwhile, Paul recently urged his fans to stop cyberbullying his girlfriend Rose, as he promoted his recently-launched charity foundation Boxing Bullies, which aims to help children overcome bullying through strength training.

Reading out a banner on a gym floor, he said in a video shared on Instagram on Tuesday: "Be kind to everyone. Only defend, never initiate, and X-out bullying."

"Live by the model, baby," he went on. "If you're a bully, it's not cool. I used to be a bully. What are you doing? Come on, bro. And if you see bullying happening, you gotta stop it. You gotta stand up and be like, 'That's not cool.' Cyberbullying is affecting so many people, causing depression in our generation and I hate it."

Rose then started to laugh, as she informed her boyfriend: "I'm being cyberbullied by your stupid fans."

"Guys, stop cyberbullying Julia!" Paul said in response, as the clip ended.
