Two weeks after a heated exchange that went viral, Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett slammed Marjorie Taylor Greene and called her "a bully" on Thursday's episode of "The View".
"Unfortunately there has been this situation with Marjorie where she is a bully," Crockett said on the show. "And no one ever responds, and so the idea was she would just get away with it again."
Crockett said that not only is Greene not punished for her behavior, she is rewarded by the people who back her.

"She is rewarded for her antics and the destruction of our institution," Crockett said. "These are people that not only were saying on January 6, let's literally physically tear down this institution, but we have people tearing our institution apart from within and that is a problem."

During a House Congressional hearing on May 16, Crockett asked the Georgia Republican: "Do you know what we're here for?" after she brought up a topic seemingly unrelated to the purpose of the hearing.
"I don't think you know what you're here for... I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you're reading," Greene said in response.
Crockett later asked the panel's chairman, Kentucky Republican Representative James Comer, why Greene's words were not viewed as a personal attack.
"I'm just curious. To better understand your ruling, if someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody's bleached blonde, bad-built, butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?" Crockett asked.
Despite the intense exchange, Crockett said on Thursday, she is willing to reach across the aisle to pass legislation.
"It's not about partisanship at all," Crockett said. "It's about respect and it's about making sure that you're doing the work of the people. I will work with anybody that wants to make this a better country and we don't have to agree on everything. That's where we can find common ground. Let's get to work and stop doing this ridiculousness."
Crockett also defended her decision to sell merchandise with the phrase "bleached blonde, bad-built, butch body" on it.
"There are people, such as [Donald] Trump, that want to peddle Bibles, peddle gym shoes, peddle whatever it is. Anything he can sell, he's going to sell it and he's not doing it for his party, he's doing it for self," Crockett said.
She said the money raised from the merchandise goes to securing a Democratic majority in the House of Representatives.
"It's so that I can help save our democracy," Crockett said. "My money goes to frontliners, people that are in fights to make sure that we can take the House. We've seen that the House has been run like a circus."
"The View" hosts weighed in on the squabble between the two lawmakers during the May 17 episode, with one calling the exchange a "spectacle."
