Jennifer Garner Shares 'Moment of Quiet' Amid Bennifer Chaos

Bennifer 2.0 is back and Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are once again reveling in the spotlight as they officially confirmed their relationship this weekend. The former couple has reunited 20 years after their 2002 engagement was called off.

The Hustlers actress went Instagram official with her old flame while celebrating her 52nd birthday aboard a mega-yacht in the French Riviera.

The news has unsurprisingly caused a massive stir among showbiz and pop culture fans as this once it couple reuniting has spanked a wave of naughties nostalgia for millions.

Photos of the pair kissing 20 years ago are widely circulating, along with new photos of them frolicking on a yacht like the good old days in what is certainly a bonafide media frenzy.

However, Affleck's ex-wife and mother of his children Jennifer Garner is leading a decidedly more calm life and has posted about her "moment of quiet" amid the chaos sparked by Bennifer.

"A moment of quiet," Garner simply captioned her latest Instagram post which features a calming video of a Yuki Kawae zen garden.

Garner, 49, and Affleck, 48, were together from 2005 until their 2015 split. They divorced in 2018 after a decade of marriage.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce," the couple said in a joint statement, per People, at the time. "We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

The couple share three children together, Violet, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth and Samuel.

Garner dated businessman John C. Miller from mid-2018 to early 2020 but recent reports have suggested they may have reunited.

Actress Jameela Jamil has today declared her support for Garner amid the Bennifer madness, condemning comparisons between the 13 Going on 30 star and Lopez.

"ABSOLUTELY not here for the Jennifer Garner comparison to JLo, with paparazzi pics of her working out, put right next to glamorous social media photos of JLo. It's not the nineties," Jamil tweeted. "We aren't still pitting women against women over a guy... ESP when only one of them wants him."

Posting a screenshot of the tweet on Instagram, The Good Place star urged followers to "actively reject the rot" of participating in pitting women against each other.

She wrote: "BLOCK any publication or individual pursuing this narrative. Otherwise you are directly funding patriarchy. #defundpatriarchy so that women can be free."

"I have lived a life of so many women seeing me as a threat or a competitor, and have never wanted that, nor have I ever seen another woman as anything other than safety in numbers, or someone to be excited about," Jamil continued. "I've also often had men actively try to pit me and other women against each other.

"This b******* comes from patriarchy, and is repeatedly infused into our psyche via the mostly but not Only tabloid media. Let the Jens live. Let women live. Let girls live. Stop the rot."
