Jordan Peterson Thanks Khloe Kardashian for Using His Viral Speech on Kids

Controversial psychologist Jordan Peterson has expressed his gratitude to Khloe Kardashian after she used some of his work on her Instagram account.

The youngest of the Kardashian sisters used Peterson's viral speech about spending time with your kids in a cute video featuring her own daughter, True Thompson.

The endorsement of Peterson's work comes at a good time for Peterson after one pillar of his social media empire fell.

The conservative public figure has millions of followers across YouTube, Instagram and Twitter, but he was recently removed from the latter after tweeting about Elliot Page. He's since vowed he'd "rather die" than delete the tweet that got him suspended from Twitter.

His previous work has now been utilized by Kardashian, who shared it with her 259 million Instagram followers.

"You have little kids for four years, and if you miss it it's done. That's it." Peterson's famous speech about raising kids between the ages of zero and four was used by Kardashian with images of her daughter, who is now 4-years-old. "In a blink....." is all she wrote in the caption.

Recognizing the use of his audio, Peterson reposted the video to his own Instagram Stories and wrote, "Thank you [Khloe Kardashian]."

The audio featuring Peterson is widely used in montages across social media.

Like Kardashian, they are often used by parents showed footage of their children growing up. The comments within Kardashian's post were complimentary on Peterson's sentiment, with her fans writing things like "wise words" and "so true."

Peterson is an author, YouTube personality and a professor at the University of Toronto where previously he's lectured his students about the Kardashians and their relationship with fame and celebrity culture. He referred to people's obsession with the family as their desire for what they perceive to be an "unearned celebrity" concept.

Peterson's fans can expect to see a lot more of him on Instagram now that his Twitter account has been suspended. Fellow conservative political commentator Dave Rubin was also suspended by Twitter for sharing the news of Peterson's temporary ban, which included a screenshot of the original tweet.

Elon Musk, who is bidding to purchase full control of Twitter, has since called out the platform saying "they've gone too far."

Peterson has yet to respond to Newsweek's request for comment on his Twitter suspension. Elliot Page has also not responded to a request for comment on the incident.
