Country music star Kane Brown experienced a dramatic tumble on April 28 while performing in Austin, Texas, during his In The Air tour.

Mid-song, Brown unexpectedly fell off a platform while delivering his hit "Lose It," an incident caught by fans on TikTok.

As fire effects flared on stage, the 30-year-old energetically spun on one foot during a guitar solo. In the midst of his dance, he misstepped and plummeted to the stage, landing squarely on his back. Remarkably, he continued to sing from the floor, incorporating the mishap into the performance with humor. "Bro," he laughed, getting to his feet, "You know how long I've been waiting to do that."

Brown playfully asked the audience to confirm the fall was captured on video, which indeed it was by at least one attendee."Yo, please tell me someone got that on camera," he said to the crowd. His light-hearted reaction earned applause, as he rallied with a spirited "Let's goooo!" before resuming the show. Online, fans praised his recovery and resilience, noting that the fall made the concert even more memorable.

Fans were quick to comment on the TikTok video of the fall, making sure the country star was alright. "Why is his stage so skinny? That man's loves to move on stage and needs space. Poor guy hope he's ok," posted one concerned fan. "This was such a good concert and he played it off well," said another, commenting on how well the singer handled the situation.

Post-concert, Brown addressed his followers on Instagram Stories, sharing that despite the fall, he was mostly unscathed but did sustain minor injuries to his leg and arm. "Yo, Austin, that was fire," he said, reassuring his fans. "We've been waiting for me to fall during that, and I finally did. But I'm okay. I got a little banged up. My leg is a little sore, but we finished the show, and we all good," he stated. "I love y'all, y'all be safe. God bless y'all."

This incident unfortunately wasn't Brown's first onstage accident. In 2021, during his Blessed & Free Tour in Memphis, Tennessee, he rolled his ankle transitioning from the main stage to a closer platform. Although he momentarily paused the show, he returned to complete his set, in true Brown style. He later shared a humorous post-show update on Instagram, showcasing his swollen ankle and joking about its appearance.
