Keeping Up with the Kardashian fans will likely witness a twisty storyline in Season 16 that involves Kim Kardashian West, Kanye West and Kourtney Kardashian caught up in an odd love triangle.
According to Cosmopolitan, Kardashian shared and later pulled a sneak peek clip of what's to come in Season 16 via Instagram on Thursday. The deleted video was reshared through a fan account via Twitter. It appeared the members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were up to their usual shenanigans, that is, until Kourtney's former partner Scott Disick brought up his ex's interest in her brother-in-law.
"Kourtney is obsessed with Kanye," Disick said to the KKW Beauty founder. In response, Kardashian West said: "A family that swaps together, stays together."

This isn't be the first time a member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has hinted at an odd relationship dynamic. In December 2018, the eldest Kardashian sibling vacationed with Disick and his girlfriend, model Soia Richie, in Cabo. At the time, Disick joked about the trio's appearance in an Instagram post that featured a questionable caption. "What more can a guy ask for. THREE'S COMPANY," the post's caption read.
West dropped a song in August 2018 called "XTCY," in which he raps about having sex with his wife's sisters. "You got sick thoughts? I got more of 'em / You got a sister-in-law you'd smash? I got four of 'em / Damn, those is your sisters / You did somethin' unholy to them pictures / Damn, you need to be locked up / Nah, we need a bigger hot tub," the 41-year-old rapped.
It's probably pretty unlikely the two Kardashian sisters will enter swingers territory with West, but in any case Season 16 looks to be full of exciting and dramatic moments.
The Season 16 trailer opens with Kardashian West revealing to her family that she and the "Yikes" rapper intend to welcome a fourth child together through a surrogate. The businesswoman was later shown briefly addressing how her husband's friends "always talk s*** about him." Elsewhere, in a conversation between Kourtney and Disick, she explained that she was trying to avoid giving him "a mixed message." This led Disick to respond: "You barely give a regular message."
The popular reality series wrapped Season 15 in December 2018. The finale, which only attracted 851,000 viewers, included a storyline on how Kardashian West aimed to help free Alice Johnson—a woman who was sentenced to life in prison for drug trafficking and later released after the reality star made a plea to President Donald Trump.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 16 returns to E! on March 31.
