Kim Porter's Son, Quincy, Shares Touching Instagram Photo: 'I Miss You'

Kim Porter's oldest son, Quincy Brown, paid tribute to the late model and actress with a touching photo and message on Instagram. Brown posted a selfie photo of the pair smiling happily on Sunday.

"You showed me how to simply live life and be happy no matter the circumstances. So that's exactly what I'm doing," the 27-year-old wrote. "I miss you & love you so much mommy."

Although Brown is Porter's first-born from her previous marriage to music producer Al B. Sure!, the actor was raised by Porter's on-and-off-again boyfriend and longtime friend Sean "Diddy" Combs. Porter shares three children with Combs: 20-year-old Christian Combs and 11-year-old twin girls, D'Lila Star and Jessie James Combs.

Porter, 47, suddenly died on November 15. Authorities responded to an emergency call from Porter's home in Toluca Lake, California. She was pronounced dead upon arrival. Her cause of death was undetermined.

Porter's funeral was held in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia, on November 24. While Combs delivered a heartfelt eulogy at the funeral, several other friends and family members of Porter's also gave speeches at the star-studded event, including singer Mary J. Blige, producer Dallas Austin and Brown. Combs and Al B. Sure! rushed to Brown's side when he broke down in tears during his speech.

Brown posted a photo of the moment with his fans and followers on Instagram on Friday, thanking everyone for their support.

"To my family, friends, Qrew, entertainment colleagues and all of my family's supporters… Thank you for your endless love, condolences, best wishes and positive energy through the toughest heartbreak I will ever encounter," he wrote. "Please know that your wishes of strength have united us as a family closer than ever. Heaven has gained a special angel to look over ALL of us. From the bottom of my heart…Thank Y'all."
