It's been a little over a month sinceKleptocats 2 officially released, and if you enjoyed HyperBeard Games' first Kleptocats game, the second one is just as delightful. The cat collecting game has plenty for players to do, and one of its most exciting elements is figuring out the cryptic safe codes and purple ribbon secrets.
Players collect various items as the game progresses, some of which come equipped with secret messages or codes. If deciphered, these codes can be entered into the room's safe, yielding a purple gem. Gems are difficult to come by and are the main way players obtain new cats for their collections, so finding and taking advantage of all these codes is important. Below we've put together a list of every Kleptocats 2 safe code for getting gems, as well as directions for completing Kleptocats secrets so you can snag those purple ribbons. Additionally, for those trying to figure out Morse Code messages on the wall, we've added a Morse Code Chart to help with that quest.

How To Use Kleptocat 2 Safe Codes
Before we get into the codes, it's important to understand how they work. In each Kleptocats 2 room, you'll see a cat paw icon at the top of the screen. This acts as a game menu or Album. One of the items in this menu is a Safe. when you tap on it, you can enter a Safe code and you'll be rewarded with a purple gem. The main thing to remember though is that codes will not work if you haven't acquired or found the proper item that goes with it. The codes we've posted are arranged by room you'll use them in, and include the item you'll need to activate them.
Kleptocats 2 Lobby Safe Codes & Secrets
- Safe Code #1: The master comes (This one is found by decoding the Morse Code message on the wall over the stairs)
- Safe Code #2: This is not real (you will need the Telephone to use this one)
- Safe Code #3 He here (You will need the Newspaper to use this one)
- Safe Code #4: 20-055 (You will need the Ticket and Coffee Cup to use this one)
Lobby Purple Ribbon Secret
To unlock this secret, you'll have to do the following:
- Obtain the Letter, Runes and Alchemy Pot (Caludron).
- Combine the Letter and Runes to get your ordered code.
- Go to the Alchemy Pot or Cauldron and tap on items to place them in the pot in the following order: Eyeballs, Claw, Mushroom, Yellow stone, Blue plant, Claw
- A cat will appear to stir the pot and then you'll get your purple Lobby ribbon
Kleptocats 2 Patio Safe Codes & Secrets
- Safe Code #1: Good boi (you will have to have the Missing Poster to use this code and get your gems)
- Safe Code #2: nohope ( you will have to obtain the Patio Doormat to use this code and get your gems)
- Safe Code #3: Popocatepetl ( you will have to obtain a Pink Thing sitting near the ball to use this code and get your gems)
- Safe Code #4: (=OwO=) ( you will have to obtain a Tamagotchi from a cat to use this code and get your gems)
Patio Purple Ribbon Secret
To unlock this secret, you'll have to do the following:
- Obtain the two pink cat flowers (they will be planted in a garden box).
- Find a picture on the wall of some flowers -- they look like music notes. The flowers are different colors. They are in a particular order (purple, blue, green, pink, orange, green).
- Tap on the pink cat flowers and you'll see a new window with a bouquet of cat flowers and spaces to enter the code.
- Tap on the cats in the right color order (listed above) to unlock this secret.
- You will see a shark appear in the pond bubbles and you'll get your purple ribbon
Kleptocats 2 Shed Safe Codes & Secrets
- Shed Code #1: Secrets (you'll find this written on the side of a box or safe in the shed)
- Shed Code #2 dr.cats (this must type this one exactly as you see here)
Shed Purple Ribbon Secret
To unlock this secret, you'll have to do the following:
- Obtain a light switch and a bell jar.
- Go in the shed and tap on the light switch on the wall. It will be located near the door. This will turn the lights off.
- Look at the lamp on the ceiling. It has symbols that glow in the dark.
- Tap on the bell jar with the red crystals in it (you can find it on the shelf). You'll be prompted to enter a code.
- Tap the crystals in the pattern shown on the lamp (left, up, down, down, up, left).
