Lady Gaga Falls Off Stage During 'Enigma' Las Vegas Residency
Lady Gaga's latest Enigma show in Las Vegas didn't go quite as planned on Thursday night as the singer fell off stage.
In a video clip circulating online, Gaga was dancing with a fan. The enthusiastic male fan picked her up, but lost his balance, and both he and Gaga crashed to the floor as the audience gasped.

Gaga apparently managed to recover swiftly, because the "Paparazzi" singer continued on with her show and appeared unhurt.

Gaga's stage tumble prompted a lot of social media reaction—including ridicule of the fan who dropped the star.

Thursday marked the first night of leg three of Gaga's Enigma residency at the Park Theater at the Park MGM hotel in Las Vegas.
Gaga's Vegas residency launched last December, with the "Joanne" singer performing a string of shows between December 28 and February 3. The second leg of shows took place between May and June.
The latest leg of the Enigma residency will continue through November 9. Gaga will then return for a trio of shows to close the year at the end of December. The residency then restarts in April.
Gaga's Enigma residency is rather unique because some of the shows are billed as "Jazz & Piano" engagements featuring down-tempo performances rather than the high energy of the regular pop shows.
"I can't wait to share Enigma with all of my fans and with Las Vegas. We're creating a show unlike anything I've done before," said Gaga of her residency. "It will be a celebration of all that is unique and different within us. The challenges of bravery can be overcome with creativity and courage that is grown out of adversity, love and music."
As well as the Enigma residency, Gaga won numerous awards for her role in A Star is Born earlier this year, including best original song for "Shallow" at the Academy Awards in February. Gaga, who was also nominated for outstanding lead actress, performed "Shallow" with co-star Bradley Cooper at the awards ceremony.
The actress-and-singer recently paid homage to the one-year anniversary of A Star is Born's release on Twitter.
