'The Lost City' Trailer, Release Date, Cast, Plot — All We Know So Far
The first official trailer for The Lost City has finally landed and adventure fans will want to look out for this one arriving in theaters.
The Lost City features a star-studded cast, led by Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum and Daniel Radcliffe, who find themselves at the heart of a kidnapping plot in the depths of the jungle.
If that wasn't enough to get you excited, Brad Pitt also makes an appearance in a cameo role.

When Is The Lost City Out?
There is bittersweet news for fans looking forward to The Lost City.
The comedy-adventure film does have an official release date, but unfortunately, it's still a while away.
The Lost City won't premiere in theaters until Friday, March 25, 2022. The good news is, that's a lot sooner than its original release date.
In October 2021, it was announced by Paramount Studios the film had been retitled from The Lost City of D to The Lost City and the release date had been brought forward by almost a month to April 15, 2022.
What Is The Lost City About?
The Lost City follows the story of an introverted romance novelist, Loretta (played by Sandra Bullock), who embarks on a worldwide book tour with her cover model, Alan (Channing Tatum), who has dedicated his life to embodying the heroic character of Dash in Loretta's novel.
During their trip, things take a horrible turn when they find themselves the victims of a kidnapping attempt at the hands of eccentric billionaire Fairfax (Daniel Radcliffe), leading them deep into the jungle on a quest to find a haul of treasure.
The official synopsis teases: "Wanting to prove that he can be a hero in real life and not just on the pages of her books, Alan sets off to rescue her. Thrust into an epic jungle adventure, the unlikely pair will need to work together to survive the elements and find the ancient treasure before it's lost forever."
The Lost City comes from the screenwriter behind Horrible Bosses and Baywatch and is directed by brothers Adam and Aaron Nee, who is known for the feature films Band of Robbers and The Last Romantic.
Who Is In The Cast of The Lost City?
Academy-Award winning Sandra Bullock stars as author Loretta Sage in The Lost City opposite Magic Mike's Channing Tatum as her handsome cover model Alan.
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe takes on the role of the villainous Fairfax. He plays an eccentric billionaire, determined to do whatever it takes to become the richest man in the world.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Bullock teased a little about Ratcliffe's character, stating "everyone will get their minds blown over his character."
She continued: "He's so crazy handsome and devious. I don't know how to explain him. But you wouldn't think that he plays sinister so beautifully and calmly and in such an attractive way. He's going to really surprise people."
The Office star Oscar Nunez also features in The Lost City, alongside Shrill's Patti Harrison and Only Murders in the Building's Da'Vine Joy Randolph.
Brad Pitt also stops by for a short cameo and judging by the trailer, his appearance will feature a whole load of action and stunts.

Yes, there is a trailer for The Lost City, but it's no ordinary trailer.
Before the trailer begins, Bullock and Tatum introduce the trailer for The Lost City, but not before fans get a quick snippet of their hilarious chemistry and close friendship.
As the doors open, Daniel Radcliffe appears, and the trio joke about how the doors are simply "a metaphor for adventure" before the trailer plays.
The trailer itself reveals Radcliffe's character believes the treasure-filled city in Loretta's novels is real and he is willing to do anything to find it, including kidnapping Loretta via private jet.
Thankfully, it looks like Alan is on a rescue mission, but as expected, things don't go quite according to plan and the unlikely duo find themselves lost in the jungle, and under attack.
Brad Pitt's role, teased in the trailer, looks set to be hilarious.
The Lost City premieres in theaters on Friday, March 25, 2022.
